Pedalling into a headwind on a warm day quickly turns uncomfortable under a stiff peaked hat that catches the breeze and traps heat.

Traditional beanies trap excess warmth once your pace picks up, while standard baseball caps catch strong gusts and lift away. This design blends the secure low profile of a docker hat with a fully ventilated weave to promote steady airflow. At roughly 42 grams, the lightweight structure sits gently on the head without adding noticeable bulk beneath a helmet or on its own. An adjustable rear band allows you to adapt the circumference between 56 and 60 cm for a snug fit that stays put during movement.

Why is this brimless skull cap so popular?

• Streamlined vision: The absence of a front peak provides an unobstructed field of view when looking upward on a bike.
• Airflow weave: A wide mesh pattern allows heat to dissipate quickly during intense workouts.
• Customised hold: The rear fastening mechanism lets you dial in the tension so the hat remains stable in windy conditions.
• Featherweight build: Weighing only 42 grams, the cap rests lightly without causing pressure points across your scalp.
• Pocketable form: The unconstructed crown collapses flat so you can stow it easily in a jersey pocket or bag.
