This titanium saucepan is bare titanium on the inside and outside, with no PFAS, no PTFE and no chemical coating. The hammered titanium body does not react with acidic sauces and does not absorb flavours. It can handle a metal whisk without a scratch and goes straight from induction to the oven. At about 45% less weight than steel, it is easy to lift and ideal for everyday cooking.
Solid titanium cooking surface
Instead of a coating applied over aluminium, the cooking surface is genuine titanium. Food releases naturally without relying on fragile chemical treatments that can scratch, flake or wear away. The surface is strong enough for metal spatulas, whisks and tongs.
Even heat, from edge to edge
A multi-layer core distributes heat evenly across the whole surface. This reduces hot spots and helps deliver consistent results from the middle of the pan to the outer edges. Titanium conducts heat very efficiently, so medium-high heat works best.
Stability at high temperatures and every heat source
Titanium retains its structural strength at serious cooking temperatures, up to 538°C / 540°C, without a synthetic layer that can break down. It works on gas, electric, ceramic and induction, in the oven (up to 538°C), on the grill and over an open campfire.
Easy care
No seasoning is needed, so it is ready to use as soon as you take it out of the box. Hand washing with warm water and soap is usually enough, because food slides straight off. It is also dishwasher-safe, although hand washing is recommended.
